Taurus Security System

This handgun features the Taurus Security System. When this system is engaged, the gun cannot be cocked or fired and the manual safety cannot be disengaged. This system is part of the gun and cannot be lost.

A security key is needed to use the gun. The key is inserted into the button on the rear/ side of the pistol and rotated one-quarter clockwise to engage the security system and rotated back to release it.

Once released, you must disengage the manual safety prior to using the weapon.

Other Features
